Better blogger

Well, one of my new years resolutions for 2011 is to be better at blogging :) which for some might be an easy goal but for me this will be a challenge. A lot has changed since the last time that we updated our blog. We welcomed our beautiful little girl Madison into out family on October 28th . She weighed 9 pounds 11 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is now almost 3 months old and weighs 15 pounds 3 ounces. She is such a little chunk and we just love it. We also recently blessed her over Christmas break while we were in Arizona it was such a great day surrounded by family.

Twins Brithday

It was Adam and Aaron's birthday this past week. We had a great time at Tucano's with a group of friends. Here are some pictures of the cake and ice cream gathering we had at out place after dinner.

P.S. Thanks to the Dawson's we have a new digital camera so we are back to the blogging world!!

Body For Life

At work, Adam entered into a "Biggest Loser" competition along with Daniel and Kevin. Adam also has to get in shape for the soon to be police academy! So, with all of this happening...we decided to get on a diet call "Body For Life". Amanda did this diet when she was single and loved it. She said she was never in better shape in her life! Check in with us to see how we are doing. Adam took some before pictures but refuses to put them on the blog :)! But, we will maybe put the after ones up! Wish us luck....(hopefully we can be motivated by Adam B's dedication!)

Adam's Birthday!!!!!

Adam's birthday was on the 4th, it wasnt too eventful but i tried to make it a good one!! I got him the new ninetido game he wanted (NCAA football 2010) and thanks Daniel for your help with that! Then we went to Tucanos for dinner, then came back to our place for some cake and ice cream. It was a pretty successful birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADAM!

Matt got his mission call!

Amanda's brother, Matt, got his mission call last night. He is called to serve in the Panama, Panama City Mission. He reports to the MTC sometime in December. We are proud of you Matt! Congratulations!

Camping

After Stephen and Jenaca's wedding we decided to go camping/shooting at one of our favorite spots in the Uinta National Forest. It is gorgeous up there! Enjoy the pictures/videos:

I tried to shoot 3 skeet in a row. The first time was only 2 but the next time got all 3!! And Kevin had to throw it becasue we forgot the thrower:

Las Vegas!

(not sure why all this got underlined? ingnore it.) Amanda and I went to Las Vegas about a week ago. I had a seminar with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. It was a great meeting and I learned a lot. I go down there to take the written test on September 1st. If I pass I also take the physical test and the oral board. I am excited but nervous as well! Amanda has been great with making sure I am studying!! Thanks Amanda! We went to the fountains at the Belagio and also the lion exhibit at the MGM. Here are some pictures.
